Jump, climb, crawl – just keep going! Life presents us with obstacles but we should never give up. I once found myself in a situation where my strength was tested to the limit. Even though I decided to fight, I was forced (and not for the first time) to quit the world of professional cycling. I found myself without the very thing I loved and which had fulfilled me all through my life up to that point.

But good can always come from bad. Instead of endlessly ruminating about the fact that I could no longer sit on a bike and feel the wind in my hair, I started to find ways to make use of my experience and stay in contact with the sport.  And energy, as a synonym for will-power, strength, and performance, became the basis of and the main inspiration for the development of the natural, herbal sports cosmetics in the BINA range. With the support of experts in the field, I uncompromisingly channeled my energy and experience of professional sport into the development of cosmetic products which, I believe, will open up new possibilities for you. And that's how we came up with a range of functional, natural sports cosmetics to bring you joy from exercise, improve your performance, and make your day-to-day life more pleasant.

It doesn't matter if you're a professional or an amateur, whether you race or simply train for pleasure: what's important is self-belief. Believe in what you do, don't give up, and follow your dream! Energy can't be destroyed!

Martin Bína (*21. 5. 1983)
Czech international cyclo-cross cyclist, junior world champion, World Cup winner, multiple Czech Cup winner and Champion of the Czech Republic.

His first major success arrived in 2001 when he became junior world cyclo-cross champion. Before his professional career was interrupted for the first time by a knee operation (2006-2008), he had several times been second seed in the Czech Republic and won overall victory in the World Cup (2004/2005 season). After getting back in the saddle, he was twice crowned winner of the Czech Cup (2008/2009 and 2009/2010 seasons). At the 2010 World Championships in Tabor, he came 4th among the best Czech cyclists. His career was unfortunately interrupted for a further two years following an injury and subsequent knee operation (2010-2012). He returned to professional cycling in the 2012/2013 season and immediately dominated Czech cyclo-cross, winning the Czech Cup and finishing second seed in the Czech Republic. At the close of this successful first season back he won the racing World Cup in Hoogerheide. In the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 seasons, he rode for the Belgian team Corendon-KwadrO (formerly KwadrO-Stannah), enjoyed further international success and wore the jersey of the Champion of the Czech Republic. Subsequently, injury problems again forced him to interrupt his sporting career.
